**Job Description Summary**
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an ambitious Associate Director to lead our sales-driven marketing efforts focused on investor clients within the commercial real estate sector across the Asia Pacific region. This critical role is dedicated to driving sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives, optimizing client engagement, and enhancing cross-regional collaboration to achieve substantial business outcomes.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic, sales-focused marketing strategies that align with our investor-focused business lines. You will work closely with regional and country teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the market
- ** Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement targeted marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client conversion.
- ** Key Client Program & Client Engagement Excellence**: Champion a client-first approach by collaborating closely with the regional team on the Key Client program, and with local market teams to understand client needs, drive cross-selling opportunities, and enhance client relationships.
- ** Digital Tools and Sales Enablement**: Leverage digital marketing platforms to enhance sales enablement, maximize ROI, and improve online client experiences.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies, refine sales approaches, and drive measurable results.
- ** Thought Leadership and Content Creation**: Lead the production of impactful content, including reports, webinars, and sales tools, to position our business lines as industry leaders.
- ** Brand Visibility and Market Expansion**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand awareness, develop sector-specific strategies, and expand market presence in Asia Pacific.
Principle responsibilities include:
