**JOB SUMMARY**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides timely and accurate information to update customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes according to established policies and procedures.
- Works closely with Finance to maintain Accounts Receivable according to contract terms
- Provides timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Generate and analyze data using appropriate toolsets
- Provides general administrative support to assigned Business Unit. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- High proficiency in Microsoft office suite required while proficiency in Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Macro will be beneficial.
- Possess an ability to deal effectively with different functional personnel to drive results improvements.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- A self starter with the ability to work intuitively and with mínimal supervision
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, and people skills are a must.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.
- Preferably two years related experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
