Minimum Requirements: Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of supply chain management concepts and processes.
