**POSITION PURPOSE**: Based in SG, the individual will be part of the APAC Global Macro e-Sales team and will have as a primary responsibility the e-Sales coverage of BNPP’s franchise for the Rates products (both Bonds and Derivatives). **Responsibilities** - Manage the electronic portion of an APAC-based Portfolio of clients (penetration, market share, rankings, revenues, Hit Ratios, etc), together with Sales and Trading partners, - Develop the tools to better monitor our day-to-day performance and overall growth (dashboards, alerts, reports, etc), - Market new e-products to BNPP clients and promote Digitalization of Execution, - Work closely with MAST and contribute to the deployment of our Low Touch Coverage model to the franchise for the Rates product. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** - FX e-Rates experience : detailed product knowledge (a Voice Sales experience would be a plus), vendors connectivity, set-up ecosystem knowledge, - Data management : Tableau and Dashboards (coding a nice-to-have), - Clients relationships (including Banks, who are amongst the largest users) **Experience and Qualifications required** Bachelor degree or above At least 2 years of relevant experience **PRIMARY LOCATION** **Singapore** **JOB TYPE** **Standard / Permanent** **JOB** **SALES DEVELOPMENT** **EDUCATION LEVEL** **Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years)** **EXPERIENCE LEVEL** **At least 2 years** **REFERENCE** **CIB007202** **APPLY** *** - (REF: CIB007202)
