As a Lecturer, you will prepare and update teaching materials and conduct lectures, tutorials and workshops. You will set and mark assessments related to the module(s) assigned and keep records of student attendance and grades. You will also support student learning and development through student consultations and mentoring. In addition, you will be required to take on committee portfolio and ad-hoc projects that support the school’s mission.
**_Pre-requisites: _**
- At least 3 years’ relevant industry experience. Additional teaching experience will be an advantage.
- A nurturing mindset with passion for working with young adults and mature learners.
- Ability to use innovative teaching strategies to motivate learners.
- Working experience in analytics, automation/RPA, cloud accounting and/or sustainability accounting.
- Competent to plan, develop and teach accounting or accounting-related modules and manage collaborative initiatives with industry partners.
- Ability to manage and support multiple projects independently as well as in a team setting.
