Bishan, Singapore RICARDO CARS PTE LTD Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth running of daily workshop operations
- Attend to customers' enquiries for car servicing and repairs
- Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers
- Prepare quotation and issue job cards
- Liaise with technicians and suppliers for parts ordering
- Monitor servicing and repair job status and keep customers updated
- Upon completion of servicing, repairs and test drives, close job cards and prepare invoices
- Send timely service reminders to customers and maintain friendly yet professional relationship with customers
- Handle car accident reporting and liaise with insurance companies and surveyors for claims
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O levels with NITEC or Higher NITEC in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical knowledge
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in car workshops / aftersales service centres
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Technical knowledge in continental vehicles is a plus
- Valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus

**Remuneration**:

- Basic monthly salary: from S$3,500, commensurate with experience
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
- Variable Bonus: dependent on company’s and individual’s performance

**Other Information**:

- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm
- 14 days annual leave

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
