**Responsibilities**
- Advise appropriate service / repair requirements to meet client’s needs.
- Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
- Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
- Schedule daily appointments for accident and body repair.
- Assign workshop loading/ job control for body and paint department.
- Maintain excellent rapport with all authorized insurance companies.
- Ensure all supplier invoices are accounted, recorded and escalated on a timely basis.
- All ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

**Requirement**
- Motor Claims experience in automotive / workshop or related experience (not compulsory but preferably)
- Class 3 Driving License
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Lunch and dinner provided by company, uniform (top) provided
- Working days: 5.5 days (9am - 6pm, alternate Saturday, 9am - 3pm)
