**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to best practices for integration and software delivery.
- Develop and utilize reusable architectural patterns and frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead and support the delivery of integration services in various capacities (Delivery Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Developer).
- Provide guidance on feasibility, performance, and alternate functional design options.
- Analyse and ensure completeness of requirements, perform estimation, design, development, and unit testing.
- Lead and participate in technical and business meetings.
- Offer timely updates on project status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate technical and process-related risks early in project lifecycles.
- Leverage existing IP and contribute to the creation of new service propositions.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and support business development efforts.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for project engagements to ensure delivery excellence.
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership for task completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to project and team success.
- Participate in recruitment, interviews, and talent evaluation processes.
- Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets, expense claims, and asset management accurately and on time.
- Continuously develop professional skills and keep personal skill profile and matrix up to date.
- Solicit 360-degree feedback from projects post-engagement and share with leadership.
- Identify and suggest improvements across methodologies, IP, and internal processes.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and delivery.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft (minimum 3+ years with MuleSoft v4.x).
- MuleSoft Developer and Architect certifications (Integration/Platform).
- Experience with MuleSoft components: ESB, API Manager, Anypoint Platform, Flex Gateway, and Anypoint Monitoring.
- Experience with MuleSoft in CloudHub and Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments.
- Solid knowledge of middleware, ESB, ETL, MDM, and API Gateway technologies.
- Demonstrated delivery success on medium to large digital transformation projects.
- Project leadership experience across integration or middleware initiatives.
- Familiarity with additional integration platforms like webMethods, TIBCO, or IBM WebSphere is a plus.
- Architectural knowledge of Microservices, EDA, SOA, and Cloud Computing.
- Strong understanding of process decomposition, optimization, and data analysis.
- Proficient in XML, BPEL, Web Services, and related standards.
- Working knowledge of Java/J2EE is preferred.
