**Job Description**:
- Issue accurate invoicing and job production order.
- Building customer relations to deliver optimal sales and aftersales support to our clients. Customer interaction includes online platforms messengers and live chats.
- Managing delivery routes of drivers.
- Ability to effectively work with a team.
- Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
- Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them.
- Daily Ad Hoc tasks to be handled from time to time based on performance and strength.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Fresh graduates with good attitude and willing to learn, are also welcome.
- Good in spoken English and communicates well.
- This role requires you to have the ability to be customer centric, passionate and understanding that customer engagement is a key constitute in the growth of the brand.
- Focused and decisive, able to be independent to handle different situation.
- Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing.
- Be a team player to accomplish related task.
- Working on alternative Saturdays.
