## About the role
Our customers and partners are some of the fastest-growing, technology-driven payments startups today. The Technical Solutions and Engagement team is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our customers and partners throughout the entire lifecycle of their OpenFabric experience.
# About the responsibilities
- You will be serving as the primary and ongoing technical point of contact for our customer’s technical teams.
- You will be responsible for planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation.
- You will work closely with our customers to plan and execute technical Go-to-Market activities necessary for a flawless product launch.
- You will work closely with our sales team and lead technical solution discovery for our customers and provide innovative customer-driven solutions.
- Be the customer champion and identify product/functionality gaps from customer feedback that are required to deliver a solution and collaborate with internal product and technology teams to define the necessary enhancements to support delivery.
- Develop Solution Writeups, Technical write-ups and samples, and Contribute to technical documents that can be used by our customers.
# About the skills/experience
- You have 5-8 years of prior experience working as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or Integration Engineer (we are open to exceptional talent that may fall short on this requirement as well)
- Comfortable with full-stack development and know one or more of the following languages or runtimes:
- Java, Python, Node.js, Go, PHP, Ruby,.NET, Swift, ObjC.
- Familiar with GitHub and version control systems
- Passionate about new technologies and have a basic understanding, or conversational knowledge of the following topics:
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL/NoSQL
- API Design principles: REST, RPC, AsyncAPI (webhooks, pub/sub), security, idempotency
- Cloud or distributed computing: AWS/Azure/GCP, streaming, replication
- Ability to successfully interact and dynamically adapt communication styles with all levels of client organizations (Management, technical and non-technical staff, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
