**Job Summary**
As a TCM Physician of Sin Kang TCM Clinic, you play a vital function as the connexion between Sin Kang, and our customers. You will oversee the assessing, diagnosing, and treatments of patients using TCM principles and knowledge, including developing and Implementing bespoke TCM treatment plans for patients, communicating effectively with patients and other clinic staff regarding the treatment plans, maintaining accurate patient records in Sin Kang’s clinical systems, and training of clinical staff. A core member of the Clinical Team, reporting to Clinic Manager of Sin Kang, you will need to collaborate with various internal stakeholders, to ensure that Sin Kang’s business and products are accurately represented in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the professional conduct of providing high-quality TCM consultation and treatment services to all Sin Kang patients.
- Attend to potential patients’ inquiries about treatment and other TCM-related queries.
- Responsible for generating revenue and creating patient loyalty for the clinic.
- Support and assist all marketing campaigns planned for the Clinic.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with patients on their recommended courses of treatment ensure a balanced approach between medical and financial benefits to the patients.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with all clinic staff regarding treatment plans.
- Serving as a clinical instructor to the therapists for any bespoke treatments for patients.
- Ensure proper documentation of treatment services and medicine assigned to patients in the clinic’s system.
- Conducting educational community TCM outreach talks to raise brand awareness.
- Staying up to date with latest research and developments in TCM.
- Maintaining registration with TCMP Board in Singapore.

**Requirements**:
- This role is a direct reporting to Clinic Manager.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Singapore Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
- Effectively bilingual and equipped with computer skills to manage electronic clinic system.
- Professional in conduct and appearance, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
- A team player, ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced TCM clinic environment.
- Meticulous and analytical, possess good organisational, resourceful, problem-solving, co-ordination and communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Work Location: Multiple locations across Singapore
