**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Advisor. The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hiring, onboarding, communication, employer branding, and recruiting for the company's operations in Singapore.

**Your Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the guidance of our Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in:

- Ensuring flawless execution of hiring processes, including work permits, contracts, and insurance policies, in strict compliance with Employment Act regulations
- Pitching of services through calls and welcoming walk-ins to interested clients who would like to kickstart their hiring journey
- Providing support for any mediation or negotiation when required
- Advising clients on any queries regarding the recruitment of MDW
- Managing administrative works with precise information and accuracy
- Liaising with the Ministry of Manpower, third-party organizations, and our valued customers using various CRM tools
- Coordinating with our passionate team to anticipate and overcome potential challenges, ensuring smooth hiring processes
- Flexible working arrangement from 9 am to 6 pm (Minimum 4 days). All team members will have to commit to working 1 weekend

**Qualifications**
- Experience with recruitment in migrant worker communities is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- CEI Certification recommended
