Singapore National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS) Full time

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supports the development of the event programmes and assists in the planning and execution of the Association’s project plans. Event programmes include Travel Fairs, networking events, seminars, webinars, golf tournaments and etc.
- Coordinate project meetings with stakeholders such as venue owners, sponsors, suppliers, and advertisers and will be required to take meeting minutes for follow-ups.
- Provide Secretariat support for Outbound Committee meetings and ensure prompt follow-ups of discussion items.
- Canvas for sales and sponsorship.
- Work with the department head to conceptualize and organize new social and recreational activities.
- Prepare event reports and conduct surveys.
- Work with vendor to manage event website.
- Supports the participation and organisation of overseas tradeshows as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma and above
- 1-2 years of work experience (Events role preferred but not a must)
- A strong command of English with good writing and editing skills.
- Meticulous with a high level of accuracy
- High integrity with the ability to demonstrate respect for data confidentiality.
- Must enjoy teamwork and be able to work with different stakeholders.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to commence work immediately or with short notice

Salary based on the working experience

5 days work week (required to work if events fall on Sat, Sun and PH)
