As a **Senior SAP Consultant**, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our clients' SAP initiatives, providing expert-level guidance, and delivering impactful solutions that align with their business strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SAP Implementation and Advisory**:

- Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze business processes and map them to SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.
- Deliver **Fit-to-Standard**solutions while supporting SAP's **Clean Core**strategy for S/4HANA implementations.

**Functional and Technical Expertise**:

- Provide deep expertise in one or more SAP modules, such as **SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, HCM, SuccessFactors, or S/4HANA**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules seamlessly with other systems and business processes.
- Design and implement custom solutions where necessary, leveraging SAP extensions, Fiori apps, or BTP tools.

**Project Leadership and Delivery**:

- Serve as the project’s functional/technical lead, coordinating with client stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

**Support and Continuous Improvement**:

- Provide post-go-live support, addressing system issues, enhancements, and user training needs.
- Identify and implement system improvements to optimize business processes and system performance.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, releases, and industry trends to proactively propose innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, including full-cycle implementation projects.
- Expertise in one or more SAP modules with hands-on experience in **S/4HANA**or SAP Cloud solutions.

**Technical Skills**:

- Deep understanding of SAP configurations, system architecture, and integrations.
- Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall).
- Familiarity with SAP development tools such as **ABAP**, **Fiori**, or **BTP**is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in high-pressure environments.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Certification in relevant SAP modules or S/4HANA.
- Experience in specific industries, such as [manufacturing, retail, public sector, etc.].
- Knowledge of SAP's **Clean Core**strategy and **Fit-to-Standard**principles.
