Senior Producer

A Senior Producer for Tommy ensures the integrity of our work by carrying these qualities through every phase of each project whilst keeping the good work on track.

**RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Senior Producer you will be responsible for setting the tone for how projects are managed focusing on key client objectives and delivering first class experiences. Your role is to ensure all campaigns and projects are managed and delivered successfully to the highest standards, whether producing the project yourself or assisting other members of the production team on their projects.

You will be responsible for the delivery management of projects from briefing through to scoping and development, to quality control and deployment, in a time and cost-effective manner, with a key focus on exceeding agency and client expectations whilst maximising agency revenue.

You will:

- Steward and own the entire project process from planning, conception, creation, QA and launch.
- Gather requirements and collate briefs on new projects, pitches, treatment and proposals.
- Create estimates, project plans, SOWs, invoices, and all other project documentation
- Manage end to end creative asset production campaigns and work closely with media agencies.
- Track project costs and keep project budgets with weekly and monthly reporting
- Contribute constructively to and sometimes lead brainstorms and idea sessions, concepting, and mocks creation for pitch decks as necessary
- Brief and support all members of your project team as they work through your project briefs
- Contribute to agency-wide resource planning ensuring your bookings of the creative studio team is allocated with foresight
- Be the bridge between creatives and the client engagement team.
- Liaise with external third party vendors including freelancer or contractors to ensure the quality and timeliness of their work produced whilst working with finance on the necessary billing & invoices.
- Genuine passion for creative and innovation - pushing the boundaries and providing solutions that get results

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**You must have**
- 5+ years project experience with experience, with an excellent understanding of producing digital campaigns, creative productions, online videos, live events & whatever the campaign or project brief may be.
- Client engagement - you know how to build relationships as well manage client expectations in deliverables alongst with the team.
- An integrated and hands on approach to different disciplines and share your wealth of knowledge with team members
- Demonstrable experience writing essential digital project management documents such as Statements of Work, Change Requests, Project Plans, Functional Specs, and Creative Briefs
- Digital advertising campaign management - including the ability to translate media plans into cost estimates and project plans; the ability to manage production of everything from standard formats through to rich media home page takeovers and familiarity with DoubleClick and other ad servers. (not a prerequisite)
- An overdeveloped sense of responsibility and attention to detail which would be annoying in some circles but which you’ve learned to channel for good through project management
- A strong awareness of innovative technologies and a willingness to try new things

**We’d also like to see**
- A nice to have - Project Management qualifications such as Scrum, PMI/PMP etc.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Harvest, or a variety of other digital project management tools
