- Labs Design Team is a cross-disciplinary group of talented product designers, user experience designers and visual designers under Corp Lab.
- As the sole design team within Corp Lab, we are responsible for the exploration, incubation, and commercialization of new products, as well as handling the design work for internal products within the Sea Group.
- Additionally, we are also supports the overall branding and operational activities at the Sea Group level, such as sea anniversary celebration, year-end event, as well as various festival activities.
- Complete major functional modules independently or designing new products from scratch;
- Full chain product design (UX/UI), with a clear focus on enhancing user experience and client satisfaction;
- Form a relatively universal design methodology by accumulating experience and refining thought process in design practice
- Actively engage in design thinking processes to solve complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions to our products;
- Stay abreast of the latest market trends in design and emerging industries to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant;
- Balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
- Develop good understanding of the front and back-end web development process, including design, development and deployment of the product;

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in UX/UI Design or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality design solutions;
- Proven track record of understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces;
- Proficient in user experience design principle as well as design tools such as Figma, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools as needed;
- Detail-oriented and ideas-driven, closely follow the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, conceptual thinking abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Proactive attitude with a passion for taking on challenges and driving impactful design solutions forward;
- Experience with ToB (business-to-business) and Design systems is a plus;
