**The Opportunity**

As an experienced professional, you’ll wear many hats including leading multi-discipline packages of work, detailed design, client relationship management, mentoring and coaching others.

We are currently recruiting for Principal Engineer - Mechanical to join our Building Services team with broad experience in Integrated Resort would be a benefit. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

**Principal Engineer - Mechanical**

**Responsibilities**
- In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Mechanical projects / multiple jobs
- BIM automation for construction industry productivity improvements
- Lead and manage project teams by reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
- Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
- Understand risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills

**Pre-Requisites**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 to 18 years of relevant experience in Building Environment industry
- Proven experience in a consulting environment
- Needs demonstrated experience of working and building relationships with international clients and ability to handle multi-cultural diverse design team
- Experience in integrated resorts projects
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Able to work independently & exercise initiative
- A team, client and delivery focused working style
