HR Executive x2 (Payroll/Recruitment)

Food & Beverage MNC, Paya Lebar, 5D 9am-6pm, $3500-$4000

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions.
- Perform payroll (infotech) for 150-200 headcounts.
- Administration and maintenance of HRMS.
- Handle worker payroll processing including data entry, upload salary payment to the bank, generate payslip.
- Process employees benefits claims and maintain updated claims records
- Administer NS makeup pay claims and government-paid leave claims e.g. maternity, childcare & paternity leave.
- Ordering of pantry / refreshment items.
- Submit IR21 clearance for foreign employees and employees annual income declaration to tax authority.
- Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualifications with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and other local legislations
- Organized, detail oriented and a team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge on using Infotech HR System will be advantageous
