**What the role is**
- MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER, 2 FINANCIAL PLANNING, GCM FUNDING AND PROG EVAL

**What you will be working on**
- You will oversee the governance, administration, analysis and reporting of Rail related GCM Tenders' budgets and mid-term expenditure projections. This includes participation in the tendering and review of rail related GCM contracts to ensure robustness and independence of tender evaluation as well as liaison with auditors, Ministries, and other Government Agencies such as AGC and AGD. You will partner selected LTA Groups to review and provide financial advisory on their annual budgetary plans and project funding proposals, to ensure sound and optimal proposals are presented to LTA Management and MOF/MOT. This includes liaison with other Government Agencies for inter-agencies projects. Beyond these, you will be part of the Finance team overseeing knowledge sharing and awareness outreach to strengthen LTA’s VFM culture. This includes the administration of the annual VFM campaign, implementation of relevant programme and framework. You will contribute to the drive for continuous improvements by streamlining and optimizing existing business processes to enhance efficiency, governance, and adherence to new or updated business needs. This includes proposing and implementing innovative business solutions such as RPA to achieve business excellence.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Accountancy/Business Administration/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications such as ACCA - At least 4 years of relevant working experience - Good working knowledge and understanding of risk assessment and internal controls - Strong analytical skills, resourceful, meticulous and a team player - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to interact across different Groups/Divisions and at all levels including Senior Management
