We’re now expanding our local team and looking for someone who enjoys working with business owners, helping them succeed using software.
**Job Description**:
- What You’ll Do
- Guide new customers to set up and start using our platform (training, onboarding, data setup).
- Provide product demos to potential customers (together with BD).
- Support existing customers through chat, WhatsApp, or onsite visits.
- Collect feedback and help improve our product.
- Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (English, Mandarin a plus).
- Enjoys solving customer problems and explaining tech in simple ways.
- Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.
- Interest in SaaS / business software / small business digitalization.
Salary Range
- Base: SGD 3,000 - 4,000 / month (depending on experience)
- Performance Bonus / Upsell Commission.
- Growth Path: can progress to Account Manager / Customer Success Lead
Working Arrangement
- In-office (Pasir Ris)
