As a Product Designer Lead, we expect you to have:
- Experience in building, mentoring and leading **design teams in a startup environment**:
- **Previous professional experience **in SEA to support VIDA’s geographical expansion plans in the region, such as Singapore and the Philippines
- **Consulting VIDA’s enterprise customers **on design principles for digital onboarding and maximizing their conversions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features addressing users problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.
- Experience in **working in B2C and B2B companies **to support VIDA’s immediate and future product requirements
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles.
- **Individual with hands on experience **in design tools, such as Figma, Sketch to build and deliver high fidelity designs
Apart from these, it would be great to have few of the following as well, but we accept that you can be an absolutely great designer even without these:
- Understanding and experience with behavioral analytics especially in the digital identity space.
- A good understanding of Frontend principles to guide the team from an engineering point of view.
- Experience with Print Design, illustrations and iconography.
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, New Relic, Localytics, etc. to recommend data-driven improvements
