**Job Description & Requirements**

**Job Scope**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, including establishing clear exit criteria and success metrics.
- Own the operational execution of testing workflows, including recruitment outreach, test QA, and performance tracking across multiple projects.
- Lead 1:1 feedback call with testing participants when applicable to gather valuable insights and feedback.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the progress of tests to ensure overall program quality and consistency.
- Identify and prioritize product issues and bugs, and quickly triage them to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.

**Qualification**:

- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and with high quality
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing communications, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing or qualitative testing (surveys, interviews), with a proven ability to design and execute experiments that drive product improvements and inform data-driven decisions.
- Vietnamese language proficiency required due to the nature of the job.
