**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement advertising strategies for international markets to achieve user acquisition and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in various regions.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives tailored to different cultural preferences.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure cutting-edge advertising strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural differences.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamer behavior and preferences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
