**Job Responsibility**:

- To conduct field (on-site) audit on outdoor cleansing activities, including safety compliance, to ensure that quality of service and safety standards are maintained
- To Ensure quality assurance and service standards are met during training delivery and assessment
- To reduce lapse recurrence through continuous work improvement methodology
