**About the Department**:
The **Technology and Operations **function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be part of the FSCM/Open account department. You are required to handle day to day processing and ensure customers’ trade transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner, within service level agreement, in accordance with regulatory requirements, guidelines and bank’s procedures.

Your key responsibilities are:

- Handle day to day Trade/FSCM/Open account operation processing
- Attend and provide technical advices/support to business units and customers

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognized university degree, with 2 years relevant working experience
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Possess strong analytical and computer skills, especially MS Excel is a plus.
- Able to work independently and in a team
