Synergy AVL’s services range from providing superior professional equipment and audio visual system design to skilled production, installation and technical support.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Engineer complex A/V systems
- Verify interoperability of all components for a complete working system
- Identify value engineering opportunities to increase efficiency and save cost
- Provide coordination with other trades, as necessary
- Positive ad effective interaction with internal and external customers
- Perform on-going engineering support, as needed
- Perform field and shop support and troubleshooting, as needed
- Perform control system configuration and programming, as needed
- Assist other departments with technical support issues
- Develop custom operation manuals as needed
- Maintain mínimal 85% of reported/coded time specific jobs
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Coordinate shop and field testing of integrated systems

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have documentable experience in design and/or commissioning of audio visual systems
- Ability to think and work independently in fast moving and challenging environment & meet necessary deadlines
- Effective interaction with employee, customers and colleagues
- Proficient with test and calibration equipment
- Proficient with Auto Cad
- Highly motivated with strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication, exemplary customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and good team player
