Singapore East Asia Institute of Management Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively promote the institution's programmes to prospective students and parents through physical and virtual events, school visits, and info sessions.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, and outreach events.
- Conduct regular school visits and establish relationships with local school counsellors and key stakeholders
- Support the admissions process and collaborate closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and relevant content (videos, testimonials, live streams, reels) to drive awareness, engagement, aligns with EAIM's brand voice and student interests and lead generation
- Monitor analytics and optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Assist in the development of localized marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to Singapore's student demographic.
- Work with the central marketing team to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on improving the student journey and marketing touchpoints from awareness to enrolment

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong interest and aptitude in student recruitment and higher education.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts).
- Content creation skills (basic graphic design/video editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven and able to meet monthly enrolment targets.
- Knowledge of Singapore's education landscape is a strong plus.
