**Job Description**:
We are seeking to expand our team with a self-driven, energetic, and savvy professional to join

us as Conference Producer. The position requires a person that is passionate about designing

impactful multi-media materials to inspire clients and audiences for our Food & Hospitality

events.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take ownership of content production and partner management to facilitate a diverse range of content formats for conferences, hybrid, and online platforms. These content pieces could be either professionally sourced, self-produced or client generated.
- Develop inspiring conference programs which generate interest and brand value. Create communities that increase engagement and conversion for all our campaigns.
- Liaise with senior executives, speakers, sponsors, and media partners to ensure deliverables as well as maximize the marketability of conference programs
- Identify and drive new opportunities to showcase our products and services to consumers.
- Conduct regular research to capture latest trends in food and hospitality industry and reveal emerging topics of interest
- Produce editorial calendars and uphold content output quality and integrity
- Creative with content format and experimental with new formats to improve engagement metric
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on content plans and updates, maximize content sourcing / leverage from Informa internal teams and external partners

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, media or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in **B2B editorial, conference or tradeshow producer, related media company, and/or MNC in a related field**
- Experience in researching and proposing themes and topics for content-driven live events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proof reading, copy writing and attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
- Good command of written and fluency in English (additional SEA language desirable).
- Knowledge of F&B or hospitality industry, technology and sustainability topics is an advantage
