**About the Role**:
The Android Enterprise - Transition Program Manager is a responsible and critical role to ensure smooth transition of potential partners to the Android enterprise platform. The role will include project management of the Android enterprise partner validation through governance of all stages of the partner onboarding. 1. Awareness 2. Recruitment 3. Validation 4. Enablement 5. GTM 6. Impact
Key activities in each stage are:
- Awareness: Participating in events and activities that drive awareness of the Android Enterprise Partner Program
- Recruitment: Developing and featuring in, collateral that helps sell the value proposition for the Android Enterprise Partner Program
- Validation: Developing and featuring in collateral that guides Partners through the onboarding & validation experience
- Enablement: Designing and executing training and enablement activities that allow Partners to meet the requirements of the Android Enterprise Partner Program.
- GTM & Impact: Participating in channel and customer events held by Partners to help them directly generate Android Enterprise activations or indirectly by recruiting and enabling new channel partners
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with Client business partners on The primary focus will be on Priority As defined by the Business Development in each of our the regions.
- The Program manager will collaborate with the client business partner to ensure Partners are successfully transitioned to the new Program,
Key responsibilities to achieve goal are:
- Developing for the assigned region, a report showing Partner Expertise validation status, by Priority, by Product, by Partner
- Develop with input from the Business Development team, training completion targets by quarter/year, for Partners to achieve the Partner Expertise requirements
- Develop a Regional training plan with input from the Business Development team and the Regional Enablement Leads to ensure 100% validation of the Partner Expertise requirements
- Prepare a Partner status report by week/month/quarter/year showing the status of Partner Expertise validation, by Region/Priority/Product/Partner
- Proactively drive Partners in the assigned region, through their journey to Partner Expertise validation, in partnership with the Regional Training & Enablement Lead/s for Android Enterprise
**Cross Functional Engagement**:Performing this role will require the Program manager to engage regularly with a variety of other** **resources and teams to effectively perform this role.
The key tasks for each are as follows:
- Obtain regular information on Partner onboarding and validation status Partners, so that Training plans can be developed
- Provide regular communications to enable training efforts by working with regional training leads
- Obtain learning completion reports for training completion.
- Highlight to the business partners any training compliance issues
- Notify the Engagement team when Partners have completed their Partner Expertise validation journey
- Ensure Partners are aware of the resources provided by the Engagement team and guide them on how to leverage these
- Liaise with the Head of Business Development for the assigned region to be provided with a list of P0/P1 partners
- Regularly report to Business Development on Partner onboarding & validation status, against region targets
- Identify and highlight enablement issues with individual Partner accounts that may need attention by BD
- Liaise with Partner escalation desk to obtain status of onboarding and validation of partners
- Take remedial action such by recommending that the Partner leverages enablement resources.
- Highlight to the Business Development lead & Regional trainer any enablement related issues that are blocking Product Excellence validation
- Liaise with Solutions Engineering to review Partner’s capability to deliver best in class support to their customers
- Where issues are identified that relate to Partner Enablement, guide Partners to resources that can improve the quality of their service delivery, such as:
- Highlight to Business Development & Regional trainer any enablement related issues that are impacting on the Partner’s ability to deliver best in class support to their customers
**Skills and Expertise**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years working with Channel Partner Programs with IT vendors
