**Job Description工作职责**:
1. To make medium-term and long-term development strategies according to the development plan of the company;
根据新加坡公司发展战略规划,制定中期、长期开发策略;
2. In charge of the overall planning and implementation of USD Fund, and coordinate internal and external work of the project, and be responsible for the results of the team;
负责新加坡-美元基金的项目总体策划与实施,协调基金项目小组对内对外分工,并对项目工作结果负责;
3. Lead the team to carry out due diligence on investment projects, conduct investment analysis and make investment plans;
带领团队对投资项目实施尽职调查,进行投资分析,拟定投资方案;
4. Lead and complete the investment implementation of each proposed project, and be responsible for the overall implementation and post-investment management of the project;
主导并完成各拟投项目的投资实施工作,负责项目的整体执行和投后管理;
5. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining a cooperation model based on the relationship with external financial institutions and investment institutions.

负责建立及维护基于基金与外部金融机构、投资机构之间的关系,设计合作模式;
6. Lead the team to complete the fund scheme, project evaluation, and the signing and withdrawal of the agreement.

带领团队完成基金方案的设立、项目评估、及协议签订、退出等工作;
7. Other tasks assigned by the Group.

集团交办的其他重要工作。

**Job **Requirements任职要求**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Finance, law, and economics is preferred.

学士及以上学历,金融、财务、法律及经济方面专业优先;
2. Qualified to operate a fund in Singapore;
具备新加坡基金的持牌资格;
3. Familiar with Singapore's capital market operation, with more than 5 years of experience in VC/PE, MNC or investment bankers.

熟悉新加坡资本市场的运作,有5年以上的VC/PE、跨国公司或投资银行业务负责人的实操经验;
4. Fully understand the establishment of USD fund and product trading structure, independently responsible for at least three asset management projects, and have good performance;
对美元基金设立、产品交易结构充分了解,独立负责过至少3个以上资产管理项目,并具有良好的业绩;
5. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations in Singapore, with a wide range of human resources and project resources;
熟悉新加坡金融行业相关法规,具有广泛的人脉资源及项目资源;
6. Strong team building, management and training abilities;
具有较强的团队建设、管理、培养等能力;
7. Good reputation for professional ethics and business ethics.

具有良好的职业操守及商业道德口碑。
