Our client is an education centre dedicated to providing lessons on art and expression to the community. The team is committed to creating a positive and comfortable experience for their students.

They are currently seeking a skilled and personable Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and classes
- Issuing of invoices, fee collection and data management.
- Assist in Social Media Marketing when needed
- Assist upper management in the planning & execution of events conducted by the company
- Booking of venues, travel arrangements and transportation.
- Any other administrative ad-hoc duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM Systems or Accounting Systems would be a plus
- **Able to work 5.5 days (Monday - Saturday)**
