Singapore LIM'S STAR DESIGN & CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsible for all 2D/3D graphic

visuals, designs and concepts.
- Prepare technical drawings for

submission/approval/production.
- Amend and update drawings for

accuracy.
- Create masterful 3D rendering visuals,

ensuring colour rendering with

detailed material and furnishing

choices with accurate specifications.
- Liaise with internal and external

clients on drawing details and resolve

technical issues.
- Ensure dimensions of materials to be

used are to scale.
- Perform other Ad hoc duties as

assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in related field.
- Proficiency in AotoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, 3D Max/Viz/V-ray/Revit &illustrator
- A good grasp of interior detailing drawing.
- Attention to detail and adaptation of designs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided drawings.
- Good in perspective drawing, rendering & detailed drawings.
- Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and creatively.
- Immediately or within short notice to start work

**Salary **:$3000 to $4000
