Our Company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Interior Design Drafter and Sales Role. As an Interior Design Drafter, you will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into precise and accurate technical drawings. Job Title: Interior Design Drafter

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed and accurate technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and interior detail drawings
- Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to interpret design concepts into drafts
- Incorporate necessary dimensions, annotations, and specifications into drawings
- Assist in space planning and furniture layouts for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare lighting and electrical plans, as well as plumbing and HVAC layouts
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create visualizations and renderings
- Research and select appropriate materials and finishes for design projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate design implementation
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements
