Regional Events Specialist, Apj

As the Regional Events Specialist, you will drive when supporting in webinar and virtual events organization, setup, and management. In addition, as Acronis's presence at the most valuable exhibitions in the sphere of cybersecurity, data protection, and management in Asia-Pacific, Japan, the Middle East, and Africa (APJ & MEA).

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Research, plan, budget, and execute all phases of virtual events in the APJ & MEA region (webinars, online demos, virtual summits, etc.), including maintaining/updating virtual events content on Acronis Events Hub
- Own end-to-end webinar operations, including scheduling, day-of execution, and post-event reporting
- Source for internal and external speakers, onboard them, and manage relationships to ensure the webinar product delivered is top-of-class
- Work with other marketing teams (Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Marketing, Sales) to reach maximum effect from the event, and ensure brand and messaging consistency.
- Test new engagement features and implement new best practices to improve operational efficiencies.
- Build external relationships with webinar solution providers and co-participant for future events
- Manage external contracts and communication with vendors, partners, and agencies
- Source, evaluate, and recommend industry trade shows and events relevant to the region.
- Close collaboration and regular reporting on virtual projects and events with Sr. Regional Events Manager
- Support the Sr. Regional Events Manager with offline events when required
- Other ad hoc responsibilities that may arise

**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- Based in Singapore
- 1-2 years of virtual event planning experience
- Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision, and bring it to life with actionable plans
- Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, high intensity, and cross-functional dependencies
- Fantastic ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines and operate under tight deadlines
- Resourceful and able to pivot and innovate
- Ability to work independently and autonomously while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
