DESIGNATION : Programme Associate (Volunteer Management) (Active Ageing Care Hub)
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in the smooth running of the Active Ageing Care Hub and perform administrative duties. Other duties include coordination of activities and event logistics.
- Support the Programme Manager in the smooth running of the Active Ageing Care Hub
- Conduct outreach activity in the community
- Networking with local community partners
- Provide administrative support as such data entry, processing invoices
- Coordinate and conduct centre activities
- Manage and coordinate volunteers activities
- Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE ’O’ level (minimum)
- PC literate
- Possess passion and empathy in helping the elderly
- Possess good interpersonal skills
