DESIGNATION : Programme Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for programme preparation and execution
- Conduct regular home visits and ensure KPIs(visitation) will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement
- Perform basic assessment, collect data and consolidate reports/log sheet to Manager
- Monitor and track Programme expenditure to ensure that it is within the budget
- Work with volunteers on executing effective programmes
- Provide any other support as assigned/required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess Diploma in any discipline from an accredited institution
OTHER INFORMATION
- Prior experience in assisting events or programme design, planning and implementation would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**COMPETENCIES**:
- People-oriented, good interpersonal and relation building skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various IT platforms
- Able to speak local languages and dialect (preferable)
- Enjoy engagement with seniors
- Willing to travel for regular home visits
- Committed and can-do attitude
