Join us as a **Corporate Services Assistant Manager**to play a pivotal role in our Corporate Services team. **Key Responsibilities**: **Office Move Support**: - Manage vendor sourcing for facilities services (cleaning, coffee machines, landscaping). - Coordinate staff engagement, inventory management, and payment processes. **Facilities & Corporate Services**: - Drive creative staff engagement events (e.g., "Fruit of the Month"). - Handle office operations, including replenishments, repairs, and corporate service payments. - Manage door access systems and assist in organizing company functions. **Vendor & Reception Management**: - Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance and payment matters. - Deliver top-notch front desk services, including setting up meeting refreshments and managing incoming calls. **Mailroom & Health & Safety**: - Oversee mail handling, postage, and courier services. - Ensure a safe and welcoming workspace for all colleagues. **What We’re Looking For**: - A degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Services. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - A proactive attitude, creative thinking, and learning agility. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
