F&b Service Ambassador

We are a traditional high-end omakase restaurant, offering an intimate and exclusive dining experience, serving only 8 guests a night. Our renowned chef creates bespoke menus each evening, showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary artistry. We seek a dedicated and versatile Restaurant Manager to support our chef and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm, gracious, and personalized welcome and ongoing engagement for all guests.
- Develop rapport with guests to create memorable and unique experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Guide guests through curated beverage selections with in-depth knowledge.
- Prepare and serve specialized beverages (Chinese Tea) to exacting standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage reservations accurately and efficiently using designated systems.
- Liaise effectively with culinary and service teams for seamless coordination.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation and ambiance of guest areas.
- Provide attentive support throughout the guest's dining or beverage experience.
- Perform related operational duties, including opening/closing and supply management.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Previous experience in upscale hospitality, fine dining, or F&B preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Genuine passion for service excellence and creating outstanding guest experiences.
- High level of professionalism, polish, and personal presentation.
- Proactive, resourceful, and demonstrates initiative.
- Strong desire and aptitude to learn specialized beverage knowledge (tea) and upscale service protocols.
- Utmost discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
