**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Issuance of invioces and sending them to customers
- Liaising and communicating with customers
- Manage and update inventory records
- Monitor direct inbound and outboud logistics operations such as transporation or warehouse activiets, safety performance, or logistics quality management
- Conduct monthly stock inbounding and counting
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Handle day-to-day stock management in the system for stock inbound/outbound, stock movements, and shipment process
- Other ad-hoc duties (e.g. CN/cancellation of invoices, request for urgent advance invoic, etc.)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of warehouse & logistics operations experience preferred
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Outlook, advanced level in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, etc)
