We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer with experience in AI Agents to join our Agentic Solutions Team.

Responsibilities

Agentic System Development- Design and implement agent-driven workflows and micro-agents using OpenAI Agent SDK, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar platforms.- Build, test, and iterate conversational and task-oriented agents to automate logistics processes.- Collaborate with data-science and domain teams to align agent capabilities with business requirements.

Full-Stack Integration- Extend our Mendix front-end to surface agent outputs, dashboards, and user interactions.- Develop and maintain backend services in Flask, FastAPI, or.NET Core to orchestrate API calls, manage state, and persist data.- Implement RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or messaging patterns to connect agents, UI, and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, CargoWise, Azure AI Foundry).

Mendix Application Development-
- Build and customize Mendix microflows, nanoflows, Java actions, and page logic to support seamless integration with backend and GenAI systems.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Mendix-based solutions that support process automation and digital transformation.

Testing & Quality Assurance- Create unit and integration tests for agent logic, API endpoints, and backend services.- Automate end-to-end test scenarios simulating user interactions with AI agents and enterprise integrations.

Collaboration & Documentation- Work with the Solution Architect to refine technical designs and ensure alignment on overall architecture.- Partner with the Security-Aware Developer to bake in best practices around authentication, data protection, and secure deployment.- Write clear and concise design documentation and API specs (OpenAPI/Swagger) for both front-end and back-end components.

Key Performance Measures- No of Prototype/MVP projects completed- Benefits realisation of projects completed- Client engagements- Service improvement/cost savings- Service/Response Rate- Best practice initiatives and improved performance (service or cost)- Total value of retained customers or business expansions resulting from Data Science activities

In order to be shortlisted for this role, you'll need:

- 5-6 years of related experience- Interest in AI space, experienced as AI agent is an added advantage- Design solution mindset - ability to design solution from business requirements- Programming skillset- Skilled in Mendix
