Full Stack Developer

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements Gathering & Analysis**
- Understand business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and program managers to gather functional and technical requirements
- Participate in solution workshops and contribute to product strategy and implementation planning

**Solution Design & Architecture**
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business roadmaps
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new initiatives
- Evaluate new technologies and partnerships to drive product innovation
- Provide architectural guidance and contribute to technical planning

**Development & Engineering**
- Lead full stack development using Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs with optimal performance
- Develop responsive, dynamic UI using modern front-end libraries and tools
- Manage databases, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity and security
- Ensure seamless integration across systems and services
- Conduct peer code reviews, refactor code for performance and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues efficiently

**Project Delivery & Leadership**
- Support MVPs and transition into full-scale, globally deployable products
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers
- Drive agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate closely with remote and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to DevOps processes including containerization (Docker), automation (Ansible), and CI/CD workflows
- Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation
- 10+ years of experience in IT, software development, or digital product teams
- Proven expertise in full stack development for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong knowledge of modern frameworks and technologies:
Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React Query, React Hook Form, Shadcn, Radix
Backend: Java/Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks
DevOps: Docker, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in agile environments with rapid iteration and delivery cycles
- Deep understanding of software release management and version control best practices
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate user needs into powerful digital experiences
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and in fast-paced, high-change environments
