Performance Marketing Executive

**What's the team function?**

Digital Marketing team is responsible for:

- Planning and execution of all external marketing (outside of Shopee and Lazada)
- Manage all social media related matters
- Promote brand awareness of DASHER

**What's your role?**

You will be focusing on PERFORMANCE MARKETING role:

- Propose and develop marketing funnel for Facebook CPAS, Google SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN) etc.
- Perform AB Testing to identify appropriate target audience and latest market trend
- Analyze ads performance, and perform ads optimization accordingly
- Generate detailed report
- Analyze digital marketing trends and explore on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube marketing
- Analyze sales funnels & customer intents

**What's the skill required?**
- Good command in (both spoken & written) in 中文 & English
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Equipped with Profit & Loss mindset
- Understand key metrics of Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing
- Familiar with digital analytics & tracking tools

**Who’s there to support you?**

You will be guided by your senior starting the day-one you joining the team, exploring our ongoing ads structure and marketing funnel. He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

You will be involved into various internal sharing session about latest market trending and technologies. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
