- **Team Support Manager (Part-time with Flexible working hours)**

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Team Support Manager (Part-time & Flexible hours) to join our dynamic wealth management and financial empowerment practice. This part-time, hybrid role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to support impactful marketing efforts, LinkedIn outreach, and corporate client engagement.

You’ll be a key liaison across internal and external teams—ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and exceptional client experience.**Job Type**:

- Freelance / Part-time with Flexible working hours
- Salary: S$12-S$15 per hour
- Location: Remote and Singapore-based preferred
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage LinkedIn outreach and lead tracking using CRM tools.
- Co-create and schedule content across LinkedIn and social platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns and cross-posting.
- Track analytics and content performance.
- Provide admin support—taking meeting notes, managing timelines, and improving processes.**Requirements**:

- Experience in admin, marketing, or business development (finance/consulting preferred).
- Strong written skills and social media know-how (LinkedIn, IG, TikTok).
- Organised, responsive, and tech-savvy.
- **Nice to Have**:

- Background in finance, estate planning, insurance, or HR.
- Familiar with Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot/CRM.
- Awareness of content trends on Reels or TikTok.
