Singapore SINGAPORE AERO SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a team of logistics assistants for daily operations deployment and shift scheduling
- First level of contact for all operations escalation matters
- Ensure material are issued or received according to the allowable duration
- Good personal management in meeting department KPI targets
- Participate in improvement projects such as 5S / LEAN
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Executive

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess minimum Diploma / Nitec
- Good team-player and at the same time, an inspiring leader who is able to guide your team members to perform at the highest standards consistently
- Confident individual who is capable of multi-tasking, willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Applicants with min 2 years relevant work experience in Aviation / Logistics/Warehousing Operations are welcomed to apply
- Valid LTA Class 3 /Forklift driving license will be an advantage
- Must be comfortable with 12 hourly rotating shift work arrangement
