**What you will do**:

- Conduct process (SMT ~ Automation Processes) optimization experiments, analyze the results and Process Troubleshooting.
- Facilitate, monitor collect data for Trial Runs at SMT, Automation process and ADA.
- Conduct time study for line balancing
- Support on ECM Project such as Kaizen and Process Capability Improvements.
- Support in ad-hoc evaluation of product/quality-related issues.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Pursuing a Degree in Engineering/EEE
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint), Knowledge in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Past experience handling manufacturing equipment. Scope and soldering skill is a plus.
