This role will expose to exciting problem-solving in manufacturing through data centric problem solving, involvement in data collection and measurement to root cause analysis.
**What you will do**:
- Hands on involvement in projects given by engineers and Managers
- Project data collection, data analysis and Execution of action items for improvement
- Other task given by Engineers and Managers to complete the projects
- Other projects you will be expose to:
- Autonomous Maintenance projects material preparation and documentation & projects to increase machine availability and performance
- People Development Project projects for People assessments and people gap analysis
- workplace organization waste analysis through time study
**What you bring**:
- Experience_
- University or Poly undergrad in Engineering or Business.
- Independent and proactive in problem solving.
- Keen in hands-on tasks.
