**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with commercial team and finance department to execute payment responses, payment vouchers and claims.
- Maintain an accurate & sound data record of all project related cost/payments and able to provide related data reports regularly and perform data analysis when required.
- Sourcing, procure and maintain related project filing and documentation.
- Assist in general and miscellaneous items purchase, source suppliers and compare quotations when necessary.
- Provide project administrative support and coordinate with project other teams when required.
- Dealing, handling and resolving of conflicts, feedbacks, complaints pertaining to the contract. perform the duties of Public Relations Officer.
- Participate Monthly PRO meeting or activities required by SO.
- other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor/Diploma in administrative or business related.
- At least 3 years' working experience in administrative duties, experience in LTA construction project site is essential.
- Good interactive skills and able to work independently.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines.
- Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
