Job Descriptions:
Lead Management
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
- Assess and analyse a prospect’s current process and requirements
- Provide engaging and articulate information about the company’s value proposition to potential customers
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimisation

Sales Support
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, alerting reps to any urgent issues, update reps on order status and delivery details
- Arrange appointments for the sales team and supply any presentation or product information that reps need for meetings
- Prepare/Process Delivery Orders, Vendor Registration Applications, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and any other documentation required.
- Interact with customers on verification process as well as Resellers and Partner to identify and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with and escalate highly technical issues to the Service Delivery Team and/or Partner if necessary
- Support Manager in the area of servicing existing customers and maintaining good relationships
- Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Polytechnic graduate in Computer and/or Information Technology, Sales and Marketing
- 3-5 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years’ experience in sales management
- Experience in B-to-B sales, preferably in IT solutions
- Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets
- Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools
