Job Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Leadership**:

- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the Colocation & Cloud business unit in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the APAC region.

2. **Business Development**:

- Drive sales and business development activities to acquire new customers and expand market share.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.

3. **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the operational aspects of the Colocation & Cloud business, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure robust and scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices.

4. **Team Leadership**:

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
- Set clear KPIs and performance objectives for the team and ensure accountability.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.

5. **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the annual budget for the business unit, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.

6. **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure the business complies with all relevant regulatory and industry standards in the APAC region.
- Identify and mitigate operational and business risks.

7. **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the Colocation & Cloud business unit.
- Collaborate with other business units to identify synergies and cross-selling opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record in leading and managing business units, preferably within the Colocation and Cloud services industry.
- Extensive experience in the APAC region, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Strong background in sales, business development, and operations management.

**Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, colocation services, and data center operations is a must.

- Flexibility to travel across the APAC region as required.
