1. Responsible for audit, compliance and risk control work of the department. This includes, amongst others,
- investigating and assessing alerts for potential AML issues.
- review transactional due diligence and timely escalation of iSTRs where appropriate.
- maintain understanding of money laundering and terrorist financing issues, including regulation requirements, policies, procedures and industry best practices.
- handle money laundering related queries / escalations from the department.
- monitor credit exposures.
- liaising with auditors.

2. Assist in the planning (including KPI ), reporting (including statistics, management reports and analysis as well as reports for Risk and other departments) and communication / liaison work (with other departments and to Head Office) of the department.

3. Responsible for new product papers, research and procedures/policies of the department.

4. Responsible for Product Team.

5. Responsible for one Front Office team.

6. Translation for HOD and Chief Officer as well as general support to all Front Office Teams.

7. Undertake ad hoc duties and other jobs assigned by the line manager.

**Requirements**:
1. Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience in Compliance, Risk Management or Operations in banking industry. Diploma degree with relevant certificates and longer working experience will also be considered.

2. Attention to details and with good analytical communication and written skills.
